Even newer V0.20 is available for CPU & GPU, speed improvements cancel out the recent credit reductions 
get it from http://www.brilliantsite.com/milkyway
This new version is meant to work properly with ATI GPUs running boinc v6.10.4 but I've had best results running boinc V6.6.36 and foregoing the supposed benefits
if you're running ATI GPUs, make sure you read the readme file included in the download
